A 'Jim's Roofing' franchise is not 'employment' or 'subcontract' work. Franchisees collect all money and need not report earnings. The only requirements are to work safely, have proper vehicle signage and uniforms, and – above all – look after customers. And not forgetting, to enjoy your work.
Jim's customers can expect excellent service, but so to can our franchisees. Our ethos is one of franchisee service and franchisee power. All franchisees have the direct support of their Regional Franchisor who has hands on experience in the industry and acts as a personal business coach for each franchisee.
The main reason people give for joining Jim's is a change in lifestyle, a desire for flexible hours and less travel. Work for most franchisees is plentiful, so franchisees can work to the level they desire, be it 30 hours a week or over 50. This also allows you to achieve the income level you desire - +$2000 per week is not unusual.
While most franchisees succeed, some do not. Our aim is to ensure that each applicant makes a careful decision in their own best interests. A high level of research is advisable, especially in talking to current franchisees and our competitors. We want you to ask us the hard questions so you can make your best valued judgement.
Full training is naturally a big part of our operation before you commence. This is both practical and theoretical and includes a small business course required of all Jim's prospective franchisees. You will need a home computer, but not require a high level of expertise.
Franchises are available in most states with costs starting from around $22,000 inc GST depending on location. This cost covers your exclusive territory,use of all Jims Roofing Manuals(OHS and Procedures),and ongoing support.
